Lead Teachers

Each Huguenot Nursery School class has a Lead Teacher and an Assistant Teacher who work as a team. The Lead Teacher sets the class curriculum, meets with parents at parent conferences and is responsible for the class. All of our Lead Teachers have Masters Degrees in Early Childhood Education and all have Child Development Associate credentials.

Assistant Teachers

Our Assistant Teachers work very closely with the Lead Teachers, and have either Bachelor's Degrees in early childhood education or several years experience working with young children. All of our teachers are required to complete a minimum of 15 hours a year in training related to early childhood education and health & safety. All Assistant Teachers have either have or are working towards a Child Development Associate credential.
