The Huguenot Nursery School is a private, non-profit preschool serving Pelham and its surrounding communities. The school is non-sectarian and welcomes families of all backgrounds and cultures. Our core philosophy focuses on the development of the "whole child" through their cognitive, physical, emotional and social development in a nurturing and comfortable environment.
We provide half-day and full-day programs for children ages two through five. Children in the 2's classes have a maximum of 9 students, with one qualified lead teacher and an assistant teacher. Children in the in the 3's and 4's classes have a maximum of 14 children, with one qualified lead teacher and an assistant teacher.
Founded by Huguenot Memorial Church in 1992, the school is licensed by the New York State office of Children and Family Services.
